Item(s) can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and untested. Electronic devices must be in new condition without any signs of use.
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days, starting from the day your item was delivered.
The item(s) are returned at the buyer’s cost and the buyer will not be reimbursed for the cost by Top Bait
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage nor can we be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Upon receipt of your return, Top Bait will issue a refund within 3-5 working days starting from the date your return is received.
Please note delivery charges are non-refundable, you will be refunded the cost of the product only. However, delivery charges will be refunded in the following cases:
• non-delivered item(s)
• damaged/defective item(s)
• incorrect item(s)
Exceptions
For defective/damaged* products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
*At the discretion of our management, we require photographic evidence to support claims for damages/incorrect/missing items. The picture(s) need to be taken within 48h after receiving a parcel.
Ordering
- 1. Ordering
1.1 Ordering from Top Bait is very easy and simple. From the comfort of your own home browse through our catalog and just choose the products you would like to purchase. After that add them one by one to the shopping cart.
1.2 Once you have finished choosing the products you would like, it is time to pay for them. Simply click on “Checkout” and that will take you to another page where you will be presented with the total amount to be paid. Just type in your shipping details and then click the relevant button to pay for your items. It really is as easy as that.
- 2. Payment methods
2.1 We accept online payment methods via PayPal, Klarna
2.2 There may be some surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
2.3 All payments are made to Top Bait in presented currencies.
2.4 You cannot pay for your order cheque.
- 3. Shipping policy
3.1 We will dispatch your order asap but not longer than within 2 working days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays, except by prior arrangement.
3.2 Orders received on Friday after 11:00 AM are processed on Monday/Tuesday.
3.3 We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Top bait or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Top Bait is not taking the responsibility for delivery to the wrong provided address by the customer. Please double-check your address at Checkout.
- 4. Deliveries
4.1 For UK mainland deliveries, a £6 flat fee is charged for RoyalMail(1-3 working days). Items heavier (over 2kg) and outside of the mainland will be sent by other couriers (UPS Standard, Hermes).
4.2 Orders will be dispatched in the order received. DPD aims to deliver these orders within 3 working days but please allow 3-15 working days for delivery to be attempted. We work to DPD guidelines so will not send a replacement until this time has passed and a none receipt declaration has been completed and returned.
4.3 Dana Nail Shop reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.
4.4 If your parcel is damaged upon delivery you are covered by postal insurance and you are advised not to sign for the parcel and to contact us as soon as possible for us to claim for the damaged items and resend your parcel. Any parcels that are refused a signature will be returned to us.
